Shade cards are reproduced in good faith but cannot be guaranteed to be completely accurate. Shade charts are kept up to date as far as possible but yarns are discontinued at short notice and we cannot guarantee that all shades will be available nor can we guarantee that all new shades can be shown.
Clickettyclack is an online store only. We would very much like to be a bricks and mortar shop but it's not going to happen in the near future. If you want to see and squeeze the yarn, give us a ring on 01844 273245 and we will see if we can sort something out for you.
If goods are in stock they will be despatched on receipt of payment by personal cheque or Paypal. Paypal Echeques must wait for clearance before goods can be despatched. If goods are not in stock and have to be ordered, we will try our best to get them to you within 10 working days of placement of your order with us. If there will be a longer delay in getting the goods to you we will advise you of a probable delivery period.

If your order is not in stock, we reserve the right to ask you to purchase a whole pack but you would be advised of this at the time of order even if an automated confirmation of the order has been sent. A full refund would be offered if purchasing a whole pack is not acceptable.
A PayPal account is not required for payment. On the first PayPal checkout page that prompts for username and password, scroll down for using a credit or debit card instead. In the end you may be asked whether you would (optionally) like to open an account. If you pay through PayPal you should receive an email receipt very soon after you make payment (as long as the given email address is correct). If you paid using your PayPal account then you can also check your transactions by logging into that account. We do not have access to your payment information such as credit card number, bank account information or your PayPal login details. By operating with PayPal over a secure link we avoid as much risk as possible to give you the highest possible security available.
If you are not entirely happy with paying on line, select the 'payment in advance' option after placing your order. Your order will be stored for you in our system. Then pop a cheque in the post to us made payable to 'Clements Creative' and we will process your order as soon as your cheque is received.
You can also ring us on 01844 273245 and we can take your order over the phone and if your goods are in stock we will take your credit or debit card payment details at that time. If your required goods are not in stock, we will contact you when we have them for your credit or debit card details and process the payment at that time. At no time will financial details and card numbers have to be stored as payment will only be taken at the time of despatch.
Postage and packing are shown in the shopping basket and at checkout at a standard rate according to cost of goods. However if your order goes over 2kg in weight, we do reserve the right to make an additional charge on top of the standard rate. Bulky orders may be sent by courier or parcel post which may take longer than first class post.
If you are not satisfied with the goods when delivered, please return within 14 days for refund. Goods must be in unused and original condition.
In the unlikely event there is any problem with goods supplied, please email or phone us within 7 days of receipt.
